Artist Biography




Fadhel Al Dabbagh born 1961.

- Graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts Baghdad.
- Graduated from the Collage of Fine Arts, Baghdad.
- Participated at Al Wasiti Festival-Baghdad, Iraq.
- Participated in International exhibition U.A.E.
- Exhibition at Sheraton in Doha, Qatar 2001.
- Exhibition at Doha Club in Qatar 2001.
- A collection of his work is displayed at galleries in Europe, USA, Middle East and Japan. His work is displayed in the most famous hotels, ministries and banks around the world.

Artwork, style: Oil painting, impressionist, calligraphy, Islamic art.

Fadhels principal aim is to capture the floating effect of the colors atmosphere caused by the play of the rainbow light and the shades of the open air. He is in every meaning of the word an impressionist, influenced by the great Arabian history and lifestyle.

His theme has always represent his faith to Arabian culture. He said, what
interests me most is nothing else but what art brought to people
and what the human left of fingerprints and effects worldwide since
the appearance of art. He is good at expressing strong art feeling toward
history, culture and life style of Arabian communities around the Arab world.
His striking paintings is one of primitive joy and exhilaration, communicating
dramatic forms of colors and nature creation, it is perfectly balanced and
extraordinary intense.
